Kent Duchaine brings the blues back to Stony Stratford

He wowed the town again last year, and there is more wowing on the cards this week when Kent DuChaine plays Stony Stratford's York House again.

Kent has listened to, hung out with, opened up for, travelled and played with most of the great Blues men and women his whole adult life.

The list is too long to name them all, but some of the major ones are  Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, John Lee Hooker, Big Mama Thornton, Koko Taylor, BB, Albert and Freddie King, Willie Dixon, Bukka White, Johnny Shines, Robert JR Lockwood, Mississippi Fred McDowell, Furry Lewis and Son House...

Doors open at 7.30pm on Saturday (January 19) and York House's charming and efficient bar staff will sell you real ale, cider, lager, wines and soft drinks at the cash-only bar.

All proceeds from the bar go to York House Centre.

Tickets are £6 on-line here or at York House Centre.  Doors from 7.30pm
