ON TRACK: UGLY KID JOE ANSWER THE QUESTIONS

After a 19-year hiatus, Ugly Kid Joe are back in play with a brand new studio album.

Uglier Than They Used Ta Be is released next Friday (September 18) and the opus features a cover of the Motorhead classic Ace of Spades.

Who better to pull in for a guest spot on the track than Motorhead guitarist Phil Campbell? And while UKJ had him in the studio they utilized his talents on a couple of other numbers for the record too, My Old Man and Under The Bottom.

It's a full circle of sorts,” frontman Whitfield Crane says of the release, “There was a lot of love and talent in one room and that is exactly what this album sounds like.”

Ugly Kid Joe precede the record's release by kickstarting a UK tour here in Milton Keynes, on Monday evening (September 14).

Tickets for the date at The Craufurd Arms are all sold-out, but Total MK pinned guitarist Klaus Eichstadt down long enough for him to go On Track with Total MK...
