Wolfsbane to make their Milton Keynes return

The best part of 30 years have passed since Wolfsbane were live in Milton Keynes - but that substantial drought is set to be broken in spectacular style when the Tamworth terrors return on June 14.

Back in the day, the Howling Mad Sh*theads were a familiar draw at The Pitz, but times, and indeed venues, change. This time, they'll rock the socks off The Craufurd Arms in Wolverton.

The band has quite a history with our town - and recorded their self-titled third album here, at Great Linford Manor...and then frontman Blaze announced he was joining some  band by the name of Iron Maiden...

Let's hope they'll crack open tracks from that underrated opus, together with crowd-pleasers like Ezy and Paint The Town Red at the show.

Mind you, this isn't a nostalgia trip, and the band - still comprising an all orginial line-up, with members Blaze, drummer Steve, guitarist Jase and bassist Jeff - are set to release a new album later this year.
