Feline Focus: A new column with the Milton Keynes RSPCA

Total MK has teamed up with the Milton Keynes and North Bucks branch of the RSPCA for a new regular column to shine a light on some of the cats in the care of the charity who are seeking their forever homes.

Some of the animals arrive as the result of owner illness, which mean they can no longer care for their purr-fect pal.

Others handed in arrive for all sorts of reasons; some sad, others simply unbelievable.

Many of the animals have been neglected and arrive as strays, some have been abused.

All of them are hoping for a second chance with an owner who will love them unconditionally.

Could that be you?

Our 'feline focus' this week falls on Minky, who has arrived at the centre as her owner has sadly passed away.

Minky is a lovely nine-year-old girl who really will make someone a great companion.

She has lived with another cat, but equally, she will be fine on her own.

“All the staff here fall in love with Minky as soon as they meet her. She is a friendly little soul and we are keen to get her settled in to a new home where she deserves to be,” said a spokesman.

If you would like more information on Minky, call the MK branch of the RSPCA on 01908 611179 and leave a message.
