Get on your bike and support disadvantaged and disabled young people in Milton Keynes

Action4Youth, a leading charity working in Milton Keynes, which provides positive learning experiences that inspire children and young people, is the official charity partner for this year’s Chiltern Festival of Cycling.

Taking place on Sunday 15 July 2018, the Festival is dubbed ‘the ultimate cycling Sunday’. Taking in some of the most beautiful cycling country in the region, there are 3 distances available to ride; the Corto Fondo at 52km, The Medio Fondo at 109km and the Gran Fondo, the toughest one day sportive close to London at 161km. All this combined with a vintage cycling festival and live entertainment.

Nick Lund, Development Director at Action4Youth explains: “We need to raise funds that enable us to continue to provide young people of all abilities and disabilities to learn what they can achieve rather than what they can’t. Action4Youth is offering you the chance to secure a place in the race for just £1 when you commit to raising at least £200 for the charity.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for any keen cyclists to enjoy a challenging ride in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, whilst raising funds to support the development of local young people and continue our work in schools, youth clubs and at the Caldecotte Xperience in Milton Keynes.”
