Man threatened with gun during terrifying armed robbery in Milton Keynes

Police are appealing for witnesses after an armed robbery at a residential property in Milton Keynes.

At around 1am on Sunday (July 21) at a property in Streatham Place, Bradwell Common, the victim, a man in his twenties, was awoken by up to seven offenders.

Forced entry had been gained through the rear of the property and the victim was then threatened with a gun, baseball bat and a plank of wood.

The offenders demanded cash from the victim and tied him up, and a television and mobile phone were taken from the property.

All of the offenders wore hoods and face coverings.

The victim suffered grazes on his arms.

Investigating Officer Detective Sergeant Laura Herrington, of Force CID at Milton Keynes, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident to come forward and speak to us.

“This was a terrifying experience for the victim, and we would urge anyone with information relating to this incident to come forward and help us with our enquiries.
