Police appeal after 'terrifying experience' by group of offenders in Milton Keynes

Police in Milton Keynes are appealing for witnesses following an assault.

At around 3.40pm on Thursday (17/9), the victim, a man aged in his twenties, was walking through an alleyway off Oldbrook Boulevard, in Oldbrook.

He stopped to answer his phone, when five offenders attacked him, pushing him to the floor and then kicking and punching him. He also sustained minor stab wounds to his head and neck.

He attended hospital for treatment but has since been discharged.

The victim recalls the description of just one of the offenders. They are described as a black male, aged between 16 and 18, and was dressed in a grey hooded top with the hood up, and grey tracksuit bottoms.

Investigating officer PC Barry Gargett said: “I am appealing for witnesses to this incident of assault, which was a terrifying experience for the victim.

“If anyone was in the area at the time of this incident and believes they have any information relating to it, please contact us.

“Alternatively, if anyone thinks they may have seen or heard something in relation to this, please make a report.
