Police appeal for witnesses after man is stabbed in Milton Keynes

Police in Milton Keynes are appealing for witnesses following a stabbing last night (Saturday).

Between 10.30pm and 11pm yesterday, officers were called to Nutmeg Close, Walnut Tree following an altercation that is believed to have started in Dunchurch Dale.

The victim, a man in his twenties, was found with stab wounds and was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.

The offenders are described as a group of black males.

Investigating officer, Detective Inspector Craig Burchall said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or who may have seen a group matching this description in the Walnut Tree area, to please come forward.

“No arrests have been made at this time, however a thorough investigation into this incident is being carried out and there will be an increased police presence in the area whilst we do this.
