Four new competition PE kits at Lord Grey Academy have been sponsored by a local security company Tickford Security Systems.
They are a long established security business and Lord Grey Academy are proud to be associated with them. Andrew Furber commented; “We have had the pleasure of looking after the security requirements of Lord Grey Academy for over 20 years, and wanted to give something back to a very focused and driven academy.”
The benefits of the new netball, basketball and football kits, students will feel transformed when stepping out on to the courts and pitches for local and national competitions.
“We are delighted to have a sponsor and are so proud of the teams for their talent in netball, basketball and football," said head of PE, Mr Henry.
"We have a very strong sporting community here at Lord Grey, and the dedication by our students to all the training and commitment is fantastic. The teams love their new outfits, and we thank Tickford Security for their generosity. We will be proudly wearing our kits in forthcoming matches.”
