Two men injured following assault near Milton Keynes Library

Police in Milton Keynes are appealing for witnesses following an assault which happened at the junction of North Ninth Street near the Library and Silbury Boulevard on Friday (July 17) at around 9.45pm.

There were reports of an altercation with around 10 people.

Two men, aged 28 and 33 were injured with one requiring hospital treatment but he has since been discharged.

Investigating officer PC Paul Mabbutt, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “We would like to speak to anyone who has details about this incident.

“If you witnessed this happening or you have information about those involved, please get in touch.

“You can call the Thames Valley Police non-emergency 101 or make a report online using the reference number 43200219552.

“It is also possible to make a report 100% anonymously by calling the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
