The summer tradition of a stroll to the local fete is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon.
If that sounds like your cup of tea, you’ll be pleased to learn that the 2019 Ravenstone Fete is taking place this Sunday (June 9).
The picturesque gardens of Ravenstone House is the setting for the event, with plenty to see and do; fine teas, home produce, cakes, plants and white elephant stall will all be vying for attentions.
And, while you peruse, and perhaps get involved in some of the games for all the family, and fun -filled activities on offer, a live brass band will provide the soundtrack.
Bring on the sun, and it’ll be a little slice of perfection.
Ample parking is available, and everyone is most welcome to attend between 2pm and 5pm.
