GET 'MOR' FOR YOUR MONEY WITH THE COMEDY COW

The Comedy Cow is an udderly charming way to spend an evening grinning from ear to ear, and this Saturday (May 7) the laughs will be raised at York House, when the Anything Goes Comedy Night moo-ves in.

Five comedians are lined-up to tickle those funny bits, and no subject is off limits.

It's open season, so don't go if you are easily offended. Stay in and watch Britain's Got Talent or summat.

Those of you who do like sharp wit, one-liners, silly stories and all the associated, roll-up, roll-up for a full fill.

Show headliner is Martin Mor, a circus performer turned comedy clown, if you will.

And with three decades as a pro-performer, he'll know just how to bring down hecklers and make your boat-races ache from giggling, while Cokey Falkow is a cult-favourite sitting close to the edgier side of things.

Philfy Phil is a musical funnyman with a penchant for witty lyrics and unutterable filth, speaking of which, show host is TV writer Meryl O'Rourke.

She is 'a potty mouthed potty trainer' behind some of the best gags on TV.

She's toured with our favourite full-on fella, Frankie Boyle too, at his own invitation.

And seeing as we're mentioning Boyle, he was actually inspired to take up comedy by Mor.

It's a funny old world, as these folks will agree.

Tickets are £10 in advance, and yep, we know we've only mentioned four acts in preview, but organisers have one more to announce.

Doors at 7.30pm, show time is 8.15pm.
