GO AROUND THE WORLD WITH MILTON KEYNES CHORALE

Milton Keynes Chorale have a feast of folk for the taking this Saturday night (July 2) when they perform songs from around the world at The Venue MK.

They promise to waltz in Australia, twist tongues in France and get in the mood in Denmark!

The main work being performed at the Walton High venue is The Spring of Thyme, which is a selection of 11 English and Irish songs performed by John Rutter.

The programme also includes Waltzing Matilda, Shenandoah, Ton The, Drei Volkslieder and Stemning with tenor solos by Colin Bryce.

Russell Harrold will accompany on piano, with musical director Victoria Ely once again at the helm of the show.

While there is no interval at this performance, the bar will be open post-show and  an invitation to stay and mingle with the conductor and choir members has been extended to you.

Tickets are £15 and £12, while full time students pay the same price that also admits children – just £2.

To book your seats call the chorale ticket sales line on 01525 210030 or purchase directly from the venue box office on the night.
