Milton Keynes Quaker Centre to host open day

Milton Keynes Quaker Centre is opening its doors this Saturday (September 8), offering visitors an opportunity to learn more about the activities hosted there.

From beginners yoga courses to craft groups, there is plenty to connect with, including mindfulness, still green co-housing, vision boards workshops, scan n cut paper crafts, sleep and dreaming exploration and yoga.

Tea and cakes will be served, free taster sessions will be given, and there will be a book sale and BBQ.

Attendees will also get the opportunity to find out more about the Quakers themselves: "It's not all about oats!" they say.

Saturday's event runs between midday and 4pm at its base (1 Oakley Gardens, Downhead Park) and children are welcome.
