Acclaimed artist Leigh Lambert visits Milton Keynes this Thursday evening (Oct 29), for a special event in conjunction with AC Framing Gallery.
The art hub – located on Sunset Walk – has consistently enjoyed success with Lambert's pieces. In fact, he is their best-ever selling artist.
Raised in Newcastle Upon Tyne before moving to Warwickshire in the mid-nineties, Leigh's habitat inspires his work – when he left Newcastle he began to see something 'strangely beautiful' and not the concrete jungle he once viewed the area as.
His work – like this beautiful offering, Parklife (above) – brings a vibrant colour to the greyness, offering warmth and heart against the canvas of cold.
His clever creations call the eyes and make you feel that you could walk right in to the visuals. And where does he work on these canvas classics?
From the tranquility of his garden studio...aren't they otherwise known as man sheds?!
Jamie's Italian is but a few feet away from AC Framing Gallery and will be hosting Thursday's event, between 6 and 9pm.
Fans can expect to see an exhibition of Leigh's wonderful work, with originals and limited edition pieces available to peruse and purchase, and they can of course meet the artist during the evening.
