Helen A Taylor has worked as a community artist, adult education tutor and workshop leader in the area.
Now though, she puts her own creativity at the fore.
Helen's work will be available to view as part of this year's Bucks Art Weeks.
She said: "My main interest and inspiration in my art has always been the natural world and living forms. I am especially interested in trees and plants. I usually work in printmaking, ranging from etching to relief on woodblock and Lino."
Recent work has included prints relating to MK, it's landscape and secret unexpected places, alongside the work she continues to make about plants and flowers.
"These have been mainly relief prints, which allow me to make large scale, colourful more blocky images than say etching for example, this style suits the images I'm making right now," she said.
"I get out and about around my area as much as I can and find the landscape of MK really inspiring, particularly the contrast between the quite urban layout with the fantastic parks, trees and open spaces."
Helen's creative hub, at 18 Kindleton, Great Linford will be open to visitors including school groups by appointment, between June 9 and 24.
