Today (Thursday) fresh handmade cosmetics brand Lush relocated their Milton Keynes shop to centre:mk
The new shop is more than double the size of the original shop with a sales area of 144.5 sqm.
“Our customers have been asking for a bigger shop for many years - this has been a long time coming! We can't wait to have more space for them all to shop comfortably this Christmas," said Hannah Downs, manager of the MK store.
The shop allows customers to pick up a varied selection of fresh handmade cosmetics including an array of gifts in the lead up to the festive season. The shop will feature alternative Christmas packaging options, including a Knot Wrap wall.
There will be more space for sit down consultations to take place in various locations of the shop and a Party space.
The Milton Keynes branch is designed with a variety of recycled and repurposed materials.
Along with furnishings crafted from reclaimed wood, the shop will feature counter tops made with recycled bottle tops from Lush’s Greenhub in Poole, Dorset. Worktops and shelving made of 100% recycled plastic sheets come from post industrial sources such as recycling centres based in the UK.
