Aussie pop-rockers The Faim to play at The Craufurd Arms in Milton Keynes

The Faim have released their new single, Summer Is A Curse, and fans here in the new city can hear it live when the band comes to The Craufurd Arms next week.

The track was co-written with Ashton Irwin from 5 Seconds of Summer and follows the massive debuts of the quartet’s previous releases Saints of the Sinners and Midland Line.

All of band’s songs were produced by the legendary John Feldmann, renowned for his work with Biffy Clyro, Blink-182, All Time Low, Panic at The Disco and Good Charlotte.

“Summer Is a Curse is about taking the leap into a make or break situation that could grow into the beginning of a new era, or cause the end of what could have been,” says singer Josh Raven.
“It’s about the paths that we take, the dreams that we have, and the things we leave behind to reach them.”

During the recording process of their debut album, The Faim teamed up with some of the scene’s biggest luminaries, including Pete Wentz from Fall Out Boy, Josh Dun from Twenty-One Pilots and Mark Hoppus from Blink-182.

More music, and additional news, can be expected later this summer.

The Australian pop-rock quartet kicked off 2018 with an extensive global touring schedule, supporting Lower Than Atlantis in the UK and Sleeping with Sirens in Australia and New Zealand.

The band also hit the festival circuit this summer with appearances at including Slam Dunk, Camden Rocks, Download and Reading and Leeds Festivals.

The Faim play the Wolverton venue on Wednesday (May 30).
