GIG: CEREBRAL BALLZY BRING THEIR PUNK ROAR TO THE WOLVERTON FLOOR
Cerebral Ballzy rock up at The Craufurd Arms this Wednesday (August 6) evening.
The New Yorkers will bring a punk rock roar to the fore, thanks to Bedford promoting team The Pad who are bringing them to the Wolverton venue.
Six years into their career of noise, the band - 'obsessed with skating, pizza, beer and Beavis & Butthead re-runs' - have just released their second album, the fiery Jaded and Faded.
Raised in a less than savoury region of New York, Cerebral Ballzy don't cry about their situation. Instead they 'scream their way through a sprawling mess of 80s-hardcore and punk rock, that sounds like the Beastie Boys doing drunk-covers of Bad Brains.'
The band will be back in the UK a little later in the year to tour with Off!, but catch 'em now, why don't you?
Doors for the 14+ show open at 7.30pm and support is coming from Knock Off.
