He put his first album out last year, and now Jared James Nichols is coming to Milton Keynes to promote the opus he called Old Glory and the Wild Revival.
But while Saturday’s (June 25) Craufurd Arms date might be a new place for him, he has been on this side of the pond recently: In May he supported Zakk Wylde on his European tour.
Now he’s the one in the spotlight, with special guests Bad Touch and Dave Hanson joining him.
A new single, Don't You Try has been released in support of the dates by the Wisconsin-based guitar gunslinger.
“The song’s about belief. It’s about what you’re told when you’re young and how it has an impression on you.
“How strong other people’s words can be. How there’s always something in the back of your mind, chasing you.
"At the end of the day, you have to believe in what you want.”
