Christina Martin released her fifth album, It'll Be Alright last week.
The Floridan-born, Canadian-raised, Halifax-based singer-songwriter is swinging by The Stables in Wavendon to play tracks from it, on Wednesday evening (April 29).
The 10 song collection has been described as 'a place where the ghosts of her musical heroes freely mingle with pop-rock's modern architects.'
"With this album, I am able to say a lot more with my music than I ever have before," she said.
"There is growth because we are all looking for something bigger for ourselves and the audience."
It'll be Alright is not only being called her most accomplished album to date, but also her most accessible.
Tickets for the show, one of five UK dates Christina is performing this Spring, can be booked by clicking to www.stables.org
