Booking is open for the new season of events at The Stables is Wavendon, which is a typically eclectic mix of new talent, firm favourites and obscure gems.
'Something for all' is an oft-used term, but at The Stables, it rings true.
Whether you want to go and soak up the retro sounds of The Puppini Sisters (March 16) who deliver their arrangements of wonderful 1930's-1950's era tunes, with a little of their own original flavour for added taste, settle back in a haze of Hendrix-filled rock with the tribute Are You Experienced? (March 19), or crack a smile with comic Dane Baptiste (March 24), you'll be catered for.
The Jive Aces - the very first band to make it to the semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent swing in too (March 25), and there is more music by Blancmange, Dave Kelly & Maggie Bell, Dr Feelgood and the Bill Laurence Quartet...and that's just for March.
Further ahead you can expect to connect with Gerry and the Pacemakers (April 1), find fiddle brilliance from Aly Bain and accordion ace Phil Cunningham (below, April 6) and get raucous with The Counterfeit Stones (April 9), returning to celebrate their quarter century of imitating Mick and Keef, with their new show 25x5.
Speaking of fiddle fun (we were a moment ago) you can enjoy a Feast of Fiddles (April 15) when they visit the town as part of their 23rd annual spring tour.
Want a jazz fix? Bohem Ragtime Jazz Band (May 4) have your back.
Colin Blunstone has been a Zombie on and off for more than 50 years, but he takes a break from his role alongside Rod Argent to play with his own band (April 17), and legends of the trad Irish sounds, The Fureys are back (April 19).
Singer-songwriter Nerina Pallot (below, April 20) and Jools Holland cohort Ruby Turner (April 24) are both returning favourites, and Cheryl Baker, Mike Nolan and Jay Aston (May 26) will bring pop nostalgia from their days as Bucks Fizz.
Total MK reckons you can't do better than a night with Ian Dury's band The Blockheads (June 10), who are still a force to be reckoned with, and still cutting great slabs of vinyl in the here and now.
Reasons to be Cheerful, 1, 2, 3, for sure.
If you want to support the music on your doorstep, book in for Battle of the Bands: Music for Bedford Borough (March 15), Woburn Sands Band (April 16) or rap artist Lucan Mills (March 12).
More comedy capers come from loose-lipped Richard Herring (April 2), Russell Kane (below, June 9) and Mitch Benn (June 30).
Stage 2 is a maelstrom of marvellousness too, with Joanna Eden (below, March 19) returning to celebrate the music of her hero Joni Mitchell.
You might not know her, but you will know the man she mentored; chart-topper Sam Smith.
In 2015 we were knocked out by the big bearded fret feeler and his petite other half known as Hat Fitz & Cara.
Blues brilliance with Aussie humour and songs that stick with you long after the duo have hit the road again.
They were a 2015 highlight, and return on April 16.
And don't forget that The Stables offers a fantastic 'Learn and Take Part' programme, offering everything from beginner harmonica lessons to conga drumming for improvers and sax from scratch.
Could 2016 be the year when you stop wishing you could play and start fine-tuning your hidden talent?
