Willen Hospice is introducing an afternoon of music and dance from the 1950’s including sequence, Ballroom and Latin. The afternoon will be enhanced with a vintage afternoon tea.
The Tea Dance - on Wednesday 21st June - will be hosted in the exclusive marquee in the gardens of the Hospice and hosted by dance teachers who know how to Quickstep, Waltz and Cha Cha Cha around the dance floor.
The dance floor will be open to all, from the experienced dancers to the novices.
To continue to support patients and their loved ones, Willen Hospice needs to raise £3.6 million every year – that works out at around £7 per minute.
Sarah Sweet-Rowley, events manager at Willen Hospice said: “The vintage afternoon tea dance is set to be great fun! We are very excited to have our dance teachers, Adrian and Sarah Marsh at the event to make it extra special.
"Come along and have lots of fun supporting the specialist care provided by Willen Hospice.”
Tickets are £15, which includes a complimentary tea/coffee and cake.
