easyHotel, the leading super-budget hotel chain, yesterday rolled out the VIP orange carpet for guests of honour as it celebrated the official opening of its new hotel in the centre of Milton Keynes.
The orange ribbon was cut by the Mayor of Milton Keynes Sam Crooks (pictured) to commemorate the event.
Located close to The Hub, this 124-bedroom hotel creates 14 new jobs and hopes to boost the local economy as its guests take advantage of nearby shops, restaurants and other activities.
With stylish, clean and comfortable rooms starting from as little as £19.99 per night, easyHotel hopes to attract those visiting Milton Keynes for business as well as pleasure.
Guy Parsons, Chief Executive at easyHotel, said: “We are delighted to have officially opened our doors in the fantastic town of Milton Keynes.
"With a vibrant business community as well as plenty of leisure activities and shops, we hope our no-frills, great value offering will leave guests with extra cash in their pockets to spend in enjoying the town.”
Milton Keynes is the latest hotel development in the easyHotel group’s ambitious expansion plan.
It takes the total number of easyHotels to 37 across the UK and Europe.
