30 Days Wild, the UK's month-long nature challenge is taking place throughout June.
It has been organised by The Wildlife Trust, which wants to inspire you to stay wild not just this month, but beyond.
The great initiative includes more than 100 wild events across the country. You can search for bugs, listen to birdsong, identify wildflowers, throw wild parties, camp out in the wild and much more.
The Wildlife Trust is also urging us to show our commitment with A Random Act of Wildness – the trust has come up with 101 ideas, including napping in nature, lunching in the wild, picnicking with birds and scattering seedbombs.
The month-long crusade is a great way to get kids interested in the world outside their window, and the Wildlife Trust's vice president Nick Baker has worked closely with Interplay on a range of affordable, engaging My Living World Sets.
Worm World (for ages five years and up)lets you see inside the fascinating world of worms – you'll watch them mix up the different coloured layers in their chamber, and be able to feed them leaves.
An ideal way to let children (aged five years and up) learn abut worms' importance in our ecosystem. Did you know that worms have no bones, arms, legs, teeth, or eyes? But its burrowing action and feeding habits enrich the soil and help plants grow strong and healthy!
Ant World (ages three years and up) lets you peek as the busy little insects build tunnels, keep their home tidy and feed one another. Young naturalists will even be able to study ant morse code – ants are clean and easy to keep, and this set is perfect for young naturalists.
Or maybe you'd prefer to take things slowly with Snail World (three years and up), or learn more about our beautiful ladybirds?
If you love arachnids, Spider World is the one for you. Other sets in the Interplay range includes Triop World, Instant Flower Press, the best-selling Bug Safari, and a Pocket Microscope (ages six and up), which magnifies 30 times using precision optics.
Best of all, it's small enough to fit in your pocket!
Little minds flourish when they have an appreciation of nature, and Interplay's pairing with naturalist Nick Baker (who has written accompanying booklets for each set) makes this new collection a brilliant way to learn.
