A Super Happy Story (About Feeling Super Sad) arrives in Milton Keynes

Silent Uproar present A Super Happy Story (About Feeling Super Sad) at Stantonbury Theatre this Friday and Saturday (September 8 & 9).

Sally is a happy person. She doesn’t let little things get her down, she almost never cries, and she’s always the life and soul of any party.

But she’s also got an illness – one that makes her feel like she isn’t the person she wants to be... but she doesn’t want anyone to know about it.

A Super Happy Story (About Feeling Super Sad) is a new show about mental illness, getting better, and our fear of what other people think.

Written by Jon Brittain (Margaret Thatcher Queen of Soho, Rotterdam, What Would Spock Do?), and mixing elements of storytelling, live music and sketch comedy, it's a fun, silly and sad show for anyone who has a brain that hasn’t always been on their side.

A Super Happy Story is one half of an award-winning double-bill, transferring exclusively to the Stantonbury Theatre from the Edinburgh Festival.

See this acclaimed show by itself, or settle in for the evening and enjoy FORM as well.
