The Stables has a fabulous billing for you on Thursday night (Nov 12) comprising Moulettes, Nizlopi and Heg & the Wolf Chorus.
If you took a little smidgen of each, shook it up and emptied it out, you would have moments of multi-instrumentation, folky flakes, pop-pickings and prog pizazz. And that's just for starters.
Nizlopi did things their way and refused to compromise, instead carving out a quite brilliant career as an indie proposition.
And they are testament that you can go all the way – enjoying a long and fruitful career, and bagging a chart topper for their track The JCB song.
The duo – Luke Concannon and John Parker eventually called time after 13 years, retiring Nizlopi.
They returned to the stage in 2013 for a smattering of one off shows, but were themselves wowed by the audience reaction and kept on going.
This tour is going to be the last from the fella's for 'at least the next couple of years,' though, according to Luke. Make tracks this week, or whinge quietly later.
Superb Brighton-based co-headliners Moulettes (below) are co-headliners, and you can read much more about them with Total MK, tomorrow...
Heg & The Wolf Chorus (top) have just issued a new single, The White Witch, the first single from their debut album Raising The Fires, which will be out at the start of 2016.
The venue plays to the younger crowd this Friday (Nov 13, 1.30pm) and Saturday (Nov 14, 10.30am and 1.30pm) with Dinosaur Zoo bringing the historic creatures to life – from cute baby dino's to teeth-gnashing giants, it'll be a feast of gargantuan fun.
The show visits us direct from the West End, and is suitable for all the family, aged three years and up.
Be warned though – some of the ravenous reptiles aren't as tame as they seem. Pity those in the front seats...
Nine Below Zero play for you on Friday night, having reformed with the line-up that appeared on that Young Ones episode many moons ago, for this special one-off tour. While they command in the Jim Marshall Auditorium, Glaswegian's Admiral Fallow will tempt you with material from their current album, Tiny Rewards, on Stage 2.
Tickets to see Nearly Dan do Steely Dan on Saturday night (Nov 14) are thin on the ground, so if you want to be in the house for their faithful recreations of material including Do It Again, Reelin' in the Years and Rikki Don't Lose That Number, be snappy about it.
On Stage 2, Rant will get busy for you.
This is the sum total of two fiddle players from the Shetland Islands and two from the Highlands.
Together they whip up a rich sound, evocative of the exciting scene they create music in.
If you haven't already got tickets in your mitts, you are too late to see Port Isaac's Fisherman's Friends on Sunday, and funny lady Jo Brand on Tuesday – both are sold out.
Talon return on Wednesday (Nov 18) with their long tested tribute to the Eagles, and tickets for this are close to selling out too.
