TRAILER: AL PACINO AND JESS CHASTAIN LIVE LINK TO MILTON KEYNES THIS WEEKEND
Salomé was Oscar Wilde's most controversial work - banned in London in the 19th century, it is a scintillating tale of lust, greed and revenge.
The work follows follows the legend of King Herod and his lust for his young step-daughter, Salomé, and her sexual baiting of John the Baptist.
It has long intrigued and absorbed people, and Academy Award winner Al Pacino has taken things further - delivering Salomé, a filmed version of the play, alongside Wilde Salomé, a documentary capturing the challenges faced by Pacino while performing in the play and directing both features.
