Charity: Bridget's snap decisions help animal centres in need

Professional Dog & Pet Photographer Bridget Davey from Leighton Buzzard  is giving back to local Animal Rescues.

Bridget takes photos of dogs, cats and little bunnies at the HULA Animal Rescue and the RSPCA Blackberry Farm, which are in need of a loving furever home.

"Pet Photography is not just picking up a camera and taking a Photo, like so many do these days. It is a craft and a passion, which most of us have studied and trained for," she said.

"Pet Photography is about connecting with your furry client and their human parents, helping them to feel comfortable in front of the camera, have fun and creating a long lasting memory of their best friend and companion." Clients trust us taking photographs of their dogs and cats which they can keep forever and will hang on their walls and will make them smile every single day."

#Givingback - Bridget is donating £5 from every photo shoot to the Rescue Centres and at the end of the year the money will be split between HULA and Blackberry Farm, to buy toys, treats or agility equipment. So every client will help a dog or a cat in need, with every photo shoot.

Bridget said: "As a pet owner and dog lover giving back is very important to me and this is why I have been supporting HULA Animal Rescue in Aspley Guise since 2011, taking photos of the animals looking for their forever home. Working with these rescues is very rewarding, we share a lot of happy moments but sometimes the sad ones as well.

"It is very sad these days, that so many pets end up in Rescues, but thanks to these centres, these animals are well cared for and will find the family they deserve. Everyone at these Rescues is doing such an amazing job!

"Rescues do not have enough time to spend taking photos and also do not have the equipment and a photo is so important for a pet to find a new home. And a photo speaks so much more then words. And thanks to social media, photos will be shared everywhere. I chose to work with HULA and the RSPCA, to take photo's for them and help these wonderful animals find new homes."

If you want to help these rescues, stop by to one of their events.

HULA has their Fun Dog Show this Sunday (May 7) and Appledown on Sunday 14th May.

Bridget will be at both events, taking photos of the day. All proceeds from the photos will go towards the Rescue Centres. You can also stop by at Bridget's stall and book a shoot for your furry best friends.
