Stony Stratford’s award winning Indian restaurant, Calcutta Brasserie are preparing to host Willen Hospice Business Club on Tuesday (March 17), a busy networking event which brings together local companies to raise vital funds for the Hospice.
There will be a sparkling drinks reception and a hot buffet giving the chance to sample some of the award winning food as guests mingle.
As well as making contacts with some key businesses there will be presentations from the restaurant and charity with their latest news and events.
Calcutta Brasserie will also be giving local businesses the chance to sign up on the night to be corporate partners of the restaurant and have the opportunity to offer a special discount to their staff.
For over a decade, Calcutta Brasserie has famously been serving award-winning Indian cuisine in a beautiful converted chapel in Stony Stratford. With its fresco-adorned walls and vaulted ceilings, the restaurant is visually striking and the perfect location for business entertaining.
Restaurant manager Ali Ajmol says he is looking forward to the event: “We have been proud supporters of Willen Hospice since we opened 11 years ago and it gives me great pleasure to host their networking business club.”
Any business who would like to attend is welcome to come along free of charge as a guest (subject to availability) by emailing chris.gregg@willen-hospice.org.uk to book a place.
Calcutta Brasserie are also offering the local business community the opportunity to offer the use of the space for off-site meetings, events and training sessions.
Of course the catering is superb but the venue also boasts all the essential conference facilities from flip charts to projection screens so you can combine poppadums and powerpoints and have a tikka with your teambuilding.
Ali adds: “We are very proud of our gorgeous restaurant and we’re opening our doors to local companies to make use of our facilities during the daytime. Whatever you need for your meeting, we can sort it out so please get in touch with our team and we can do the rest.”
If you just need somewhere for a one to one meeting or a team lunch, the restaurant also offers a business lunch with meals served promptly from a set menu, and just ten minutes from CMK with plenty of on-site parking, you can be back at work in no time with no booking necessary.
