Families had a ‘wicked’ half-term at intu Milton Keynes

Families had the most fang-tastic half-term at intu Milton Keynes, with a whole calendar of spook-tacular Halloween activities!

Children got all dressed up in their BOO-tiful fancy dress costumes for a week of totally FREE-ky fun from Monday 28 October to Friday 1 November. Witches, wizards, mummies and monsters gathered for a ghost hunt, searching for ghouls around the centre, before collecting a treat from the customer information desk.

On Thursday, local families carved an impressive 150 pumpkins ready to take home and put on their doorsteps for terrifying trick or treaters. The sessions were completely free of charge for Family Club members, and non-members paid £2, helping intu Milton Keynes to raise money for the MK Food Bank.

Kirsty McGiff, marketing manager at intu Milton Keynes, said: “We had the best and spookiest half-term to date – the centre was full of tiny vampires, spiders, bats, cats, mummies and mini monsters, and we loved every second!

"We certainly made our shoppers – young and old – smile with our ghost hunt and pumpkin carving activities. It was great to see families enjoying special moments together.”
