At first glance it looks as if the giant spaceship from Independence Day is about to come rolling out of this cloud of smoke to terrorise the Wolvertonians as they are going about their daily business.
But no, we've been told that this dramatic scene is actually of the fire at Electrolux in 1999, seen from the canal.
