New club Popworld finally arrived in style in Milton Keynes at the weekend.
Hundreds of people snapped up tickets to the VIP opening, which was a complete sell out and saw queues of eager clubbers queuing around the block.
The new late-night venue in 12th Street revealed a kaleidoscope of colour and ‘candy’ themed pop art, creating a bright and bold club for the ‘fun clubber’.
Stilt walkers, party canons, cocktails, giveaways and party tunes created the perfect vibe to bring a new and exciting dimension of clubbing to the city.
“The feedback has been fantastic and better than we could have imagined,” said general manager Jamie Hogwood.
He added: “The launch weekend was spectacular and certainly put us on the map in Milton Keynes, but this is just the beginning of our exciting future here.”
Popworld confirmed members of boyband Five will be popping in on Bank Holiday Sunday and in June, S Club 7 will make an appearance.
