Stantonbury Leisure Centre is running three events to swell the coffers of this year's BBC Sport Relief.
On Friday (March 11) Milton Keynes’ own ping pong and table tennis superstar Andrew Baggaley will be joined by his brother renowned trainer Stephen Baggaley, to host a Table Tennis Tournament at The Leisure Centre from 7pm.
Juniors (under 18) will be at play between 7pm and 8.30pm, and adults between 8.30 and 10pm.
Participation is easy – just pop along and pay the playing fee. It's £3 for juniors and £5 for adults.
Every penny will go to Sport Relief, and the winners will be presented with a Tournament Cup.
A week later Friday, March 18th the leisure centre is holding a massive hour-long Sport Relief Clubbercise session and is hoping to claim the title of the largest Clubbercise work out in Milton Keyes and beyond.
If you want to boogie along to club anthems from the 90′s and the latest chart hits in easy-to-follow dance fitness routines, this is the gig for you.
You get glow sticks to wave too, and it's suitable for everyone, from eight to 80 years old.
Entry is £3 for juniors, £5 for adults.
The final event is on Saturday, March 19,between 1pm and3pm when the Leisure Centre is running a Swimming Distance badge session in the pool.
Will you make a splash? You can swim from five metres to 5000 metres and participation is a snip at £1.
