Milton Keynes’s biggest free trick or treat event returns to intu Milton Keynes on next weekend, Saturday 29 & Sunday 30 October.
Hundreds of little monsters and witches visited the centre’s first Big Trick or Treat last year and took part in the biggest Halloween event in the city; this year intu Milton Keynes says it’s going to be even better.
Leading up to the wicked weekend, intu Milton Keynes is putting on free activities during half term in the Kids’ Club Garden next to the Customer Information Desk.
On Monday 24 October (11am-4pm), it’s back to Ghoul School. Become a toilet roll mummy or super spooky spirit, then learn to fly a witch’s broom stick before mastering the monster mash!
Wednesday 26 October (11am-4pm), make a magic potion from a hair-raising menu of grizzly gunk and dare to get your hands on some creepy crawlies!
On Friday 28 October (11am-4pm), it’s good old pumpkin carving. Get a FREE pumpkin, make a scary face and carve away – just for fun add a little glitter and sparkle too.
Then it’s the Big Trick or Treat. Customers are invited to bring their little ones dressed in their Halloween outfits on Saturday or Sunday (or both), pick up a bucket from the Customer Information Desk and find the hidden goodies.
The stores with the pumpkins in the window have a delicious treat but watch out as some of them can be terrible tricksters.
“After last year’s success, we could not wait to put on this year’s Halloween events,” said Shelley Peppard, general manager at intu Milton Keynes.
“All of these activities are completely free and everyone is welcome to join in the fun and games – but watch out for some hidden surprises throughout the centre.”
