Talented members of the British Woodcarvers Association will be showing you techniques and you can dabble in soap carving, with an event happening at The Cowper & Newton Museum in Olney this Sunday (July 17).
Who knows, you might like the activity so much, you might go out and start your own splinter group...
If that sounds like something you 'wood' be up for, or you feel like branching out or sprucing things up a little, the clever carvers will be showing how to get creative between 10.30am and 4.30pm.
Admission is £5 for adults, children go free.
