Stony Stratford High Street is at the 'art' of the community

Gallery Live is set to turn Stony Stratford High Street into a spectacular gallery for a week this June.

The art attack will run during the Stony Live festival, between June 6 & 12.

Shop and business owners will be giving support to artists by hosting their work, which will face outwards from their windows.

If you see something you like, you'll be able to splash the cash and support the creatives in our city - information about the artist, prices of work and how to purchase will accompany the eye-catching deliveries.

"Tuesday will be to ‘Turn Stony Red Day’ where we actively invite people to put their money where their mouth is and buy as much as they can afford and really support these artists," said organiser and artist Debra Danu Matthews, "No commission is taken from the artists so they can offer great deals on their work and a donation will go to Stony Live to support the event moving forward for each work sold."
