Things are set to heat up when award-winning budget gym operator Xercise4Less welcome Ex on the Beach stars Joss Mooney, Ashley Cain and Rogan O’Connor to launch its new £1.5million club here in Milton Keynes.
Personal trainer and Life on Marbs star Joss, ex-professional footballer and DJ Ashley and fitness model Rogan O’Connor will declare the Winterhill house club officially open for business on Friday (28 August) from 10am.
To celebrate the arrival of Xercise4Less to the city the MTV stars will also put members through their paces - with a series of muscle burning body weight challenges spanning push-ups and pull-ups to the dreaded static hold!
“I can’t wait to finally get started. The team and I have worked extremely hard over the last few months to make sure everything is up and running and we’re looking forward to finally welcoming members through the door,” said club manager Dave Loydall.
“I have no doubt that the launch will go with a bang.”
Boasting an incredible 44,000sq ft. the MK branch is the cheapest and largest purpose built gym in the UK.
It will host more than 600 pieces of equipment and two two dedicated aerobics studios will host more than 100 FREE classes per week to its members, including the full range of Les Mills classes and the popular Zumba and Bokwa.
The club will also be the first gym to include a full strength and conditioning zone along with the largest free-weights area in the city, and a vast ladies only area for those who are little more body conscious.
Regarded as ‘the people’s gym’, Xercise4Less now boasts 29 clubs across the UK with 225,000 members and is set to launch up to 30 more clubs before the end of 2015.
