Fitness session in Milton Keynes to help raise money for Mad about Harry

On Sunday, February 10, Executive Fitness will host a Charity Bootcamp fitness session at Fulbrook Middle School in Woburn Sands to help raise money for Mad About Harry.

Executive Fitness invites the community to come together and enjoy a fun fitness class to support local 10-year old Harry who desperately needs to raise £500,000 by March for a ground-breaking treatment trail in New York and Barcelona.

The two-hour session is designed for all levels of fitness and for ages, including kids.

From 10am – 12pm Matt, from Executive Fitness will lead the charity bootcamp alongside a team of local fitness trainers, including: Encore Fitness, Prolete, Shear Fitness Personal Training, Catherine Wilkins Fitness and Robbie Mottershead.

Tickets cost a minimum of a £10 donation to help save Harry – all of which will be donated to Mad about Harry.

No need to pre-book, just turn up on the day and make a donation.

Ten-year old Harry Banks has a very aggressive and rare children’s cancer called Neuroblastoma.

Harry had been in remission for two & a half years but in November 2018 Harry’s family were given the news that Harry had a neuroblastoma relapse to the Central Nervous System and he had to have an emergency operation to remove the tumour from his brain.

Neuroblastoma has one of the lowest survival rates of all childhood cancer, and a CNS relapse is so rare, it’s the worst.

Residents in Milton Keynes have helped to raise over £207,000 already. The charity bootcamp aims to help raise more awareness and funds for Harry’s treatment.

Matt Mitchell, founder of Executive Fitness said: “Harry is an incredible boy who needs help from the local community. We welcome families, friends and anyone who wants to help raise money to come and join us in Woburn Sands for a fun fitness session.

"We’re proud to be hosting a class which will help towards raising vital finds for saving Harry.”
