Milton Keynes man Ruel is a success on ITV's Ninja Warrior

The owner of Paramount Parkour Academy in Milton Keynes has shown his strength - by making it through the elimination round in tonight’s edition of Ninja Warrior UK, on ITV.


Ruel DaCosta has previously competed in the 2016 season, and made it through to the finals. He went on to represent the UK in the Germany vs Europe Ninja Warrior edition.

And now he’s headed for more success after this evening’s convincing performance.


Paramount Parkour Academy is the UKs first dedicated indoor Parkour gym. Nearly 400 students are taught there every week, and it also operates in local schools.


The gym has been adapted to incorporate some of the Ninja obstacles, and is now a favourite training hub for many of the contestants from the popular show.

As for Ruel? Away from Ninja Warrior, MK’s man of the moment has been swapping our grid system for work stateside - and has recently been working on a new project for FOX TV!
