Stantonbury Theatre plays host to a roar-some show in Milton Keynes

How to Hide a Lion roars into live at Stantonbury Theatre on Tuesday (November 13).

When a lion is chased out of town, a little girl, Iris, helps him to find somewhere to hide. Iris embarks on a mission to squash her new friend into a variety of sneaky tight spots, as the misinformed town folk try and track him down.

Ideal for smaller children and school parties this adaptation brings the book to life with playful humour, dazzling puppets and jazz! It comes to Stantonbury on its first UK tour from Pigtails Productions, Polka Theatre and Oxford Playhouse.

Directed by Peter Glanville with music and songs by Barb Jungr.

Tickets are £13, with concessions £11, and it perfect for ages 3 -6 years.
