Danesborough Chorus needs new voices - your chance to get involved

Highly regarded local choir, Danesborough Chorus, is on the lookout for new voices - sopranos, altos, tenors and basses - do you fancy singing with Danesborough Chorus?

Whether you're a skilled singer, keen amateur or star of karaoke, you'll be warmly welcomed and have the opportunity to sing classical music from all eras to a high standard under the expert direction of our conductor, Ian Smith.

The choir boasts around 90 singers of all ages, who perform three concerts a year, mostly in the sublime acoustic of St Mary's Parish Church, Woburn, or sometimes presenting a large work in conjunction with other choirs in the exciting setting of Milton Keynes Theatre.
This autumn they'll be rehearsing Rutter’s Gloria. Other highlights of the season to include performances of Bach’s St John Passion, Will Todd’s Mass in Blue and a ‘Come and Sing’ Carmina Burana.
