Fun, reflection and reminiscences with The Living Archive Band

The Living Archive Band have an evening of fun, reflection and reminiscences for you on Thursday (July 21), and all of it inspired by the rich content of Living Archive MK.

Those doing the sound stirring for your entertainment are Brad Bradstock, Dave Crawford, Marion Hill, Sue Malleson and Godfrey Yeomans.

Together they'll be giving the past a voice and sharing the stories of the people who best know the place they call the new city; the people who call it home.

The songs describe the lives of ordinary people like Cotton and Fluff, about the women who worked in the sewing room at Wolverton Works, or The Valley of the Shadow, which tells the story of New Bradwell resident Hawtin Mundy, who was taken prisoner during the First World War.

Fun, reflection and reminiscences aplenty then, at the Stantonbury Theatre from 7.30pm.

Tickets are £6.  To book click to http://mkfestivalfringe.com/events/
