History corner with The Living Archive: Share your Agora memories

Agora-A-Go-Go Down Memory Lane with Living Archive MK

Living Archive MK is working with the Agora A-Go-Go team to capture your memories of the Agora in its heyday and the role it has played in the lives of the people of Wolverton, so why not join them for their Down Memory Lane afternoon at Foundation House on July 13?

They will be collecting your memories and also looking for 10 interviewees for the project The Agora Tales – think The Canterbury Tales only set in Wolverton!

Did you work at The Agora? Were you on security, or a caretaker, or did you work in one of the shops? Did you go rollerskating, play on the arcade games, go to the IT classes? Have you got your own Agora story to tell? If so please share it with us and become part of The Agora Tales.

As part of our Down Memory Lane afternoon we’ll be celebrating this local landmark by showing photos and films from the Living Archive’s collection of images of the Agora and Wolverton. Share your memories with us - bring along your own photos or souvenirs and we’ll even throw in some free tea and cake!

This event is free of charge and will run between 2pm and 4pm at Foundation House, The Square, Wolverton, Milton Keynes MK12 5HX.
