Looking for the quirky and the cool? The Handmade & Vintage Fair is back in Milton Keynes today

The MK Handmade & Vintage Weekend Extravaganza is back in Milton Keynes today, and it'll be brimming with the cool and the quirky - let's shop!

The event space in front of John Lewis at centre:mk is transformed from empty square to huge treasure trove of indoor market stalls - 128 of them in all.

If you love the unique and unusual, you will have fun this weekend,
The event is crammed with an eclectic mix of thousands of high quality handcrafted and vintage/retro bargains, and every item is a one-off.
You won't find any yawn-some mass produced retail items here.
This is the perfect alternative to high street shopping.

So, what to expect? Here's a little of that which will be on offer...
There will be weird and wonderful interior design pieces fresh from the brocants of Europe, restored jukeboxes and record players, unusual jewellers, dressmakers, milliners, our own tailor, original art, collectible handmade bears, quirky upcycled lamps, natural luxury skincare, music and car memorabilia, unusual tiles/coasters, personalised gifts embroidered while you wait, vintage fabrics, collectibles, antiques, furniture, glass, china, fossils, and much more.

It'll be bonkers busy with brilliant stuff!
Customers are very welcome to commission something bespoke too, so do have a natter with the stall-holders and creators, who will be more than happy to help you.
Make sure you leave yourselves plenty of time to have a proper rummage around the stalls, and when you've finished, snap up one of the tasty handmade cakes and brownies that will be for sale.
