A Milton Keynes girl has been left devastated after her beloved chihuahua was stolen from her home in Bletchley.
Three year old Skye was in the garden for no longer than 10 minutes, but when her owners went to call her in from the property in Santen grove, she had vanished, leaving seven-year-old Alyssa heartbroken.
And the family are certain that the dog didn't escape from the garden – she was definitely taken, they say.
“There are no holes or gaps in the garden and nothing like this has happened in the three years we have had her,” said Alyssa's Uncle Frankie, who bred the beloved pooch, which has a distinctive deformed tail.
The family are concerned for the welfare of their little family member and devastated Alyssa just wants her best friend home.
“She is crying all the time, and out with her mum every day calling her name out and trying to find her.
“They have grown up together and Alyssa is frightened at what might have happened to Skye.
“She is not settling and night and is in pieces,” Frankie added.
“If anyone knows where Skye is, or has any information that can help bring her home, please get in touch.”
