A good walk is good for the soul, we reckon. Getting out in the fresh air, taking in nature and escaping the pressures of everyday life.
So there are three good reasons to make a connection with the Milton Keynes Ramblers this month, and join them for one or more of their walks.
There is no need to make contact in advance, but the walk leaders' details are at the bottom of each walk in case of any questions.

Meet at 10am for a 7½ mile circular walk. Starting point (GR SP729529) [small area close to mouth of Blisworth tunnel off Stoke Road].
The walk goes to Collingtree, Milton Malsor and along the canal path back to Blisworth. 07850 129005

Meet at 6:45pm in Three Locks picnic car park off the A4146 (GR SP893283) for a 5 mile circular walk via Partridge Hill, Oak Wood and Rushmere Park. 07941 235776

Meet at 10am at Hillesden All Saints Church. Park in church car park, Church End, Hillesden, MK18 4DB (GR SP685288) for a 9 mile circular walk through the Buckinghamshire villages of Hillesden, Preston Bissett and Gawcott. Bring packed lunch. 07729 911061
Sat 29 July
Meet at 10:00am at the car park adjacent to Aspley Guise and Woburn Sands golf club off West Hill, MK17 8DX (GR SP937358) for the option of a 8 or 12 mile walk.
The 8 mile circular walk takes in Wavendon Heath, Woburn and Bow Brickhill.
For those interested, there is an additional 4 mile walk around Aspley Guise and Husborne Crawley. Please bring along a packed lunch if completing the additional walk.
Please note that the car park is not obvious from the road, but look for the signs to the golf club and follow the track to a car park a bit further on, on the left. 07786 847295
