Presenter of the BBC’s ‘Bargain Hunt’ and auctioneer, Charlie Ross will be in action at this years’ annual charity dinner for MK Snap.
Antiques expert Charlie Ross, who also appears on the BBC’s ‘Antiques Road Trip’, will be entertaining guests as they celebrate MK SNAP’s 27th year of delivering life-enhancing opportunities to hundreds adults with learning difficulties and specialist needs.
Charlie Ross, who raised a record-breaking $22 million for the most expensive American car sold at auction, said: “I’m delighted to help support the life-transforming work of MK Snap.”
Angela Novell, MK Snap’s Chief Executive added: “We’re thrilled to have Charlie at this year’s event. It will be a night of exceptional excitement and fun. We’re sure it will be a record-breaker for MK SNAP.”
The charity’s annual black tie fundraiser at Woburn Abbey’s impressive Sculpture Gallery on Friday October 11, includes a three-course meal and singing from the beautiful voice of Sophia Soul.
Money raised will support adults with learning disabilities, including those on the autistic spectrum, people recovering from stroke or head injury and those with visual or mobility impairment, live more independent and fulfilling lives.
