Families can look forward to a half term of ‘panda-monium’ as intu Milton Keynes celebrates the return of everyone’s favourite dumpling-eating Kung Fu master, Po, in Kung Fu Panda 3 with a range of fun activities.
When Po's long-lost panda father suddenly reappears, the reunited duo travel to a secret panda paradise to meet scores of hilarious new panda characters.
But when the supernatural villain Kai begins to sweep across China defeating all the kung fu masters, Po must do the impossible - learn to train a village full of his fun-loving, clumsy brethren to become the ultimate band of Kung Fu Pandas!
Building on the excitement in the run-up to the film’s March release, intu Milton Keynes will be offering a range of Far-Eastern inspired activities for little ones between February 13 & 21.
Events include a quest with prizes, and arts and crafts fun over in the Kids’ Club garden, which will be located on South Concourse:
Tuesday 16 February: Children can design their own paper Chinese lantern to take home and light up their room - 10am - 5pm in the Kids’ Club garden.
Wednesday 17 February: More craft fun with the Chinese fan making workshop in the Kids’ Club garden from 10am - 5pm.
Thursday 18 February: Kids will look the part when they make their own Po style hat - 10am - 5pm in the Kids’ Club garden.
Thursday 18, 2 - 6pm, and Sunday 21 February, 12 - 4pm: Watch and learn in the kung fu masterclass; try the basic air kicks and punches that are part of many martial arts.
Friday 19 February: Feel the ultimate zen with a Tai Chi tutorial from 12 - 4pm, on Central Boulevard.
