Over the past three years, Amsterdam psychedelic trio My Baby have had their mojo working overtime and are now ready for the release of their third album Prehistoric Rhythm.
With their new long-player, the band aim to channel a primal awareness amidst hypnotic beats, shimmering soulful vocals and psychedelic riffs on the back of rootsy blues and dubbed out funk.
Since issuing their debuit album In December 2013, the band have been spreading their magical hypnotic voodoo blues beats all around the world - they even hit up seven alternative stages at Glastonbury in 2015, and Seasick Steve chose to take them on tour around these fair isles, if the name seems familiar.
Last year the six-legged beast won an Edison Pop Award for their album Shamanaid, and played a headline tour in the UK - and now they are back on these shores.
Catch their swampy blues and funk-inflected sound at Bedford Esquires on Friday (April 7).
